ただ、マウスのスクロールボタンと、右端のスクロールバーで任意動作は殆んどサポートされていると感じています。
ボタンでは[次行][次頁][最終]しかサポートしていませんが、
マウスのスクロールボタン(ぐりぐりと回すやつ)の１ノッチを１行へ対応させており、
スクロールバーの[↑][↓]のクリック回数も１行へ対応しています。

例：マウスのスクロールボタン
スクロールボタンを１ノッチ下へ回す→１行移動
スクロールボタンを２ノッチ下へ回す→２行移動
スクロールボタンを３ノッチ下へ回す→３行移動
〜〜〜　以下略　〜〜〜

例：スクロールバー
[↓]を１回クリックする→１行移動
[↓]を２回クリックする→２行移動
[↓]を３回クリックする→３行移動

行設定の手間や複雑さを考慮すると、
汎用的な Windows の動作に準拠した現在の仕様で良いのではと考えています。

結論として、外部ブラウザを１銘柄１タブで使えるようにしました。
次バージョンで、以下の仕様を考えています。

(+)サムネイル・チャートとブラウザ連携を強化しました
　[オプション]→[オプション設定]→[ブラウズＵＲＬ]タブ頁　
　使用ブラウザ：
　　[外部：　標準ブラウザ使用　...マルチタブ時、銘柄毎にタブ追加しブラウザ複数タブ]
　　[内部ブラウザ使用　...株羅針盤へ表示、多少バグあり　　　　　　　　(初期値)]
　　[外部：　Micrisoft Edge 使用　...銘柄変更時、ブラウザ１タブで使用]
　Micrisoft Edgeを選択してください。
　サムネイル・チャートから[中ボタン]で、表示銘柄のブラウザを表示します。
　外部ブラウザなので株羅針盤と並行してみる事が出来ます
　つまり、株羅針盤で銘柄を変更しながら、同時にブラウザでＵＲＬ情報を見る事が出来ます。

はい、多くの銘柄を見る時、非常に困ります。
又、同じ銘柄を２度以上表示するとタブが増えるのも困りものです。
→残念ですが、外部ブラウザはプログラムからコントロールが非常に困難です。
　動作は、外部ブラウザ(Edge etc)の設定と仕様に依存します。

＞またチャート画面のままで外部ブラウザを表示してもらいたい。
